Sweet Tooth

It seems as though the last two years people have dedicated themselves to eating healthy and living active lifestyles. Once most of your friends and family start jumping on the same train, you normally find yourself following close behind... or at least trying to.

When I get a craving for something sweet, I try to either make a cup of tea or snack on something that's hopefully not too bad.

Recently I discovered this little snack...



It's so simple, but it hits the sweet tooth craving on the spot :)
Fat Free Plain Yoghurt, a crushed up Marie Biscuit and Marshmallows.
